By accessing or using Free Bet Magic ("we", "our", or "the app"), available at freebetmagic.com and through our mobile applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
Free Bet Magic is a free-to-play blackjack game intended for entertainment purposes only. The game uses virtual currency ("chips") that has no real-world or monetary value. Chips cannot be exchanged for cash, prizes, goods, or services of any kind, and have no value outside of the app.
Free Bet Magic is not a gambling service. No real money can be won by playing the game.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Free Bet Magic. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that any information you provide is accurate and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Chips are virtual items licensed to you for use within the app. They are not your personal property, have no monetary value, and cannot be transferred, sold, redeemed, or exchanged for real money, real-world goods, or anything of value.
All purchases of chips and other in-app items are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or the policies of the platform through which the purchase was made (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play, or Stripe). We reserve the right to manage, modify, regulate, control, or eliminate virtual currency and items at our discretion.
Free Bet Magic offers optional VIP subscription tiers (silver, gold, and platinum) that unlock additional features. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal, your Apple ID account settings, or your Google Play account settings, depending on where you originally subscribed. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will continue to have access to VIP features until then. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, and to reverse any chip balances or rewards obtained through prohibited activity.
All content in Free Bet Magic, including but not limited to the game design, graphics, user interface, code, text, sounds, and trademarks, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the app for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on the app or its content without our prior written permission.
Free Bet Magic is a simulated blackjack game for entertainment purposes only. It does not involve real-money gambling. No real money or anything of monetary value can be won, and chips have no cash value.
Practice or success at this game does not imply future success at real-money gambling. The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Free Bet Magic, its owners, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the app.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the app shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the app at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the app will cease immediately, and any virtual currency or items associated with your account will be forfeited without compensation.
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time through the in-app settings (Menu → Player Profile → Delete Account).
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated terms in the app or on our website. Your continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
