About the game
Is Free Bet Magic real-money gambling?
No. Free Bet Magic is a free-to-play game. The chips are play money: they have no real-world value, cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for anything, and no prizes are paid. Buying chips or a VIP membership is an optional purchase of play money and entertainment features, not a wager.
What is Free Bet Blackjack?
A casino blackjack variant in which the house pays for your doubles on hard 9, 10 and 11 and for your splits on every pair except tens. To balance that, a dealer hand that busts with exactly 22 pushes instead of losing. Our how to play guide walks through a full round.
Do I need an account to play?
No. The free demo deals real rounds without an account or download. An account lets you keep your chips and statistics, claim daily rewards and play on more than one device.
Which devices can I play on?
Free Bet Magic runs in any modern browser at freebetmagic.com and as an app on iOS and Android. Sign in with the same account to keep your chips and stats in one place.
Gameplay and rules
What is a free double?
On any two-card hard 9, 10 or 11 the house matches your bet and you receive one more card. If the hand wins you are paid on both bets; if it loses you lose only your own bet. Always take it. See how a free double works.
What is a free split?
On any pair except 10s, jacks, queens and kings, the house funds the second hand. Your own hand settles normally; the free hand pays if it wins and costs nothing if it loses. You can split up to four hands. Aces can be split once and receive one card each.
What happens when the dealer gets 22?
A dealer total of exactly 22 is a push, not a bust. Every player hand that is still standing gets its main bet back. A player blackjack still wins and is paid 3 to 2, and a player hand that already busted still loses.
Does the dealer hit soft 17?
Yes. The dealer draws on soft 17 and stands on hard 17 or any higher total. Six decks are in play and the shoe is reshuffled automatically.
Can I double after splitting?
Yes. If a split hand is a two-card hard 9, 10 or 11 you can free double it; any other two-card split hand can be doubled with your own chips. Split aces are the exception: they receive one card each and stand.
Should I take insurance?
No. Insurance pays 2 to 1, but the dealer has a ten-value card under an ace less than one time in three, so the bet loses chips over time. Our strategy page covers this and every other decision.
How does the Pot of Gold side bet work?
Each free double and free split you take in a round earns a coin. If you placed the Pot of Gold bet, it pays by the number of coins, from 3 to 1 for one coin up to 1000 to 1 for seven or more. It loses if the dealer is dealt a blackjack. The full paytable is on the rules page.
How does the Dealer 22 Push side bet work?
It pays 11 to 1 whenever the dealer busts with exactly 22, regardless of how your main hand did. Extended mode, which you can switch on in the bet actions menu, pays 50 to 1 if the dealer's cards are all one suit, 20 to 1 if they are all one color and 8 to 1 otherwise.
Is there a strategy chart for this game?
Yes. Our strategy chart is computed for the exact rules used here. The short version: take every free double and free split, stand on 20, and hit stiff hands a little more often than in classic blackjack because of the Dealer 22 push.
Chips and rewards
How many chips do I start with?
New accounts receive a starting bank, shown on the welcome screen when you sign up. The amount is set by us and may change from time to time.
What if I run out of chips?
Claim your daily reward, use the second chance offer when it appears after a losing hand, watch a short video where that option is available, or buy chips from the store. Chips are play money either way.
How does the daily reward work?
You can claim a free chip reward once every 24 hours from the game menu. Claiming on consecutive days builds a streak, with bigger rewards from day 3, day 7 and day 14 onwards. Missing a day resets the streak to one.
Can I withdraw chips or win real money?
No. Chips cannot be withdrawn, transferred, sold or exchanged. Free Bet Magic does not offer real-money play or prizes.
What does a VIP membership include?
VIP is an optional subscription in three tiers: Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each tier includes a chip allowance every billing period, a bonus of 10, 15 or 20 percent on chip purchases, no advertising, a day-by-day history of your statistics with a calendar view, and the ability to reset today's stats. VIP does not change the odds of the game.
How do I cancel a VIP subscription?
Subscriptions bought on the web are managed from the store page, which opens a secure billing portal. Subscriptions bought in the iOS or Android app are managed through your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; your VIP benefits continue until the end of the paid period.
I reinstalled the app and my purchases are missing.
On iOS, open the store page and press Restore Purchases; this re-checks your Apple receipt and restores any active subscription or chip purchase. On Android, purchases sync through Google Play; if they do not appear, sign out and back in. Web purchases are tied to your account, so simply sign in.
I made a purchase but my chips have not arrived.
Chips are usually credited within a few seconds, but a payment confirmation can occasionally take a little longer. Keep the game open for a minute, then reload the page or reopen the app. If the chips are still missing, email support@freebetmagic.com with the receipt and we will put it right.
Statistics and training
What statistics does the game keep?
Hands played, hands won, blackjacks, free doubles and free splits taken, chips wagered and won, net result and your best winning streak, both for today and for your lifetime. VIP members can also browse earlier days on a calendar.
Can the game tell me whether I am playing correctly?
Yes. Signed-in players can turn on strategy tracking, which compares each decision with the basic strategy chart and reports how closely you follow it, along with the hands you most often misplay.
What are the training tools?
The game menu offers a running card count and a win-probability display. They are available for up to an hour each day, and without a time limit for VIP members.
